Introductory EFT Workshops

Jacqui has been running introductory EFT workshops since 2005 with various themes including weight-loss, smoking, phobias, dyslexia, and ME/CFS, a condition about which Jacqui has extensive knowledge and is well-placed to instruct on self-help strategies.  The ME/CFS EFT for self-help workshop in September 2005 was featured on ITV Westcountry News.  In 2006, Jacqui completed recognised EFT Trainer training, enabling her to develop her workshops into authorised Level 1, 2 and 3 training courses, but she continues to run these shorter introductory workshops for those who want a brief and inexpensive introduction to EFT.  Many then choose to extend this to at least a Level 1 training course.

Jacqui is also keen to work with businesses and organisations to explore how EFT could benefit the organisation and run specifically designed workshops, for example in stress management or improving performance.  Jacqui has particular experience in the field of education but will work closely with any organisation to establish their particular training or human resources support needs.

What can you expect from an introductory workshop with Jacqui?

  • Two to two and half hours in a small group (between 3 and 8 people)
  • Practical, active learning with personalised tuition
  • Instruction in some of the basics of EFT
  • Tuition from an experienced, highly-trained EFTer and life-long educator
  • A personal experience of some of the effects of EFT
  • Suggestions how to apply EFT yourself to personal issues
  • Plenty of opportunity to get your questions answered
  • It costs only £25
  • Your money back if you were to feel at the end that EFT holds nothing whatsoever for you.
