Look there for hundreds of case histories and testimonials, subscribe to a free EFT e-newsletter, download Gary Craig's free instruction manual, type into the search facility the problem you are interested in and find EFT resources.

The Heart Centre is run by Val and Paul Lynch, authors of the popular Thorson's book, "emotional healing in minutes: simple acupressure techniques for your emotions".
